Delivery services upon purchase of net amount HK$600.00 or above per order.
Delivery time requested will be accommodated with our best possible, yet it will subject to order of priority and traffic situations. For severe weather conditions may cause unavoidable delays.
Seasonality & Substitution
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Availability of seasonal flowers or fruits may vary at our discretion and we intend to deliver the same palette. We ensure that the items replaced will be of equivalent value or higher value and feature similar style and color.
